action,
you may
contact
the
Board in
writing
for a
copy of
the
order or
consent
decree.
If the
disciplinary
status
states: |

|
"Completed" |
the
license
has met
all
requirements
of the
order or
consent
decree
and is
considered
to be in
good
standing.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
"Compliant"
|
indicates
that the
licensee
is under
current
order or
consent
decree
and is
making
appropriate
progress
in
meeting
the requirements
of the
order. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
"Non-compliant" |
means
that the
licensee
has not
met the
requirements
of the
order or
consent
decree
and
therefore
is
considered
to be
out of
compliance.

Please
note:

|
A
licensee who holds second credential
with the letters IC or IN indicates
a licensee who has received approval
by the Board be in an internship
program leading to a Clinical Social
Worker license or an Independent
Social Work license. These Board
approved programs are supervisor
specific and site specific. |

|
|
A
licensee who holds the IC
designation may engage in the
practice of clinical social work as
long as they are employed at the
site and are supervised by the
supervisor approved by the Board. |
|
|
|
In the
State of
Nevada
only
Clinical
Social
Workers
and
Clinical
Social
Work
Interns
may
engage
in the
practice
of
clinical
social
work.
