Renewal of License

License renewals are due annually by the last day of the month of your birth. You will receive a renewal form in the mail 45 days prior to your renewal date.

Continuing education requirements are due bi-annually. Please review your renewal form for your CE dates.

It is the responsibility of the licensee to maintain a current home address with the Board. Failure to receive a renewal notice is not an exemption.

If you fail to renew by your due date, you may NOT practice social work until all renewal requirements have been met.
